Policies & Procedures

  1. Refunds: No refunds will be given for any reason. We take time out of our schedule to be there for each customer, and no-shows or cancellations are not fair to others. We will not refund for cancellations or for any other reason.

  2. Contracts: When you sign and agree to a contract, you cannot break that contract.

  3. Payment: All payments are upfront, and no checks will be accepted.

  4. Tips: Tips are not required but are tremendously appreciated.

  5. Eco-Friendly Products: Eco-friendly products are only available upon request. If you have pets and children, please be sure to specify that you want eco-friendly products.

  6. Exterior Windows: We do not clean exterior windows.

  7. Additional Services: Fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, cabinets inside, and interior windows are extra costs and are within reach only.

  8. Furniture: We do not move furniture unless we are doing a carpet cleaning.

  9. Exceptional Service: We provide our customers with exceptional service, so we go above and beyond.

  10. Pets: We ask all pets to be safely put away while cleaning occurs.

  11. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and debit cards. Most of them.

  12. Online Payments: You can make payments online upfront, and you will receive an email with a receipt.

  13. Contracts (Optional): Contracts are not required but are preferred. We want loyalty and trust, as we are also loyal and honest to you.

  14. Bounced Payments: If a payment is bounced, you will be charged an additional $75.

  15. Contract Breakage: If you break your contract, you will be charged the full price.

  16. Contract Options: We offer yearly, monthly, and weekly contracts. Each price is different, as no home or building is the same.

  1. Cleaning Supplies: We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise requested by the customer.

  2. Access: Customers are responsible for providing access to the property. This can be done through a key, lockbox, or other arrangements agreed upon with the customer.

  3. Safety: For the safety of our staff, please secure any valuables and notify us of any fragile items that require special care.

  4. Complaints: If you have any complaints or issues with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address them promptly.

  5. Insurance: We are fully insured for damages caused during cleaning. Any incidents should be reported to us immediately for resolution.

  6. Scheduling Changes: Customers can request changes to their cleaning schedule with at least 24 hours' notice. A fee may apply for last-minute changes.

  7. Service Guarantee: We guarantee our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please let us know.

  8. Please note we do not guarantee, however, complete stain removal for our carpet cleaning services. There are some stains that cannot be removed.

  9. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing our cleaning services. Your information will not be shared with third parties.

  10. Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes in writing or via email.

  11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut.

 

  By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms outlined above and agrees to be bound by them.

Service Limitations and Exclusions Policy

Immaculate Interiors LLC is committed to providing exceptional cleaning services while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and employees. To maintain these standards, we have established the following service limitations and exclusions:

  1. Mold, Asbestos, and Hazardous Materials: We do not remove or remediate mold, asbestos, or hazardous materials, including but not limited to bodily fluids such as blood or semen. For these specialized services, we recommend contacting a certified professional.

  2. Hoarder Homes and Pest Infestations: We do not work with hoarder homes or buildings infested with mice, rats, roaches, or other bugs. These environments require specialized cleaning methods and expertise beyond our scope of service.

  3. Laundry Services: We do not offer laundry services as part of our cleaning packages. Our focus is on providing thorough cleaning and sanitization of living spaces, surfaces, and fixtures.

  4. Window Cleaning: We clean interior windows only and within reach. We do not provide exterior window cleaning or high-rise window cleaning services.

  5. Dusting, Cleaning, and Scrubbing: Our services include dusting, cleaning, and scrubbing of surfaces within reach. We do not provide deep cleaning services that require specialized equipment or techniques.
